Let’s start with a simple question, “Are you in good health?” Well, in this stage you probably gonna answer, I have healthy break fast everyday, have nutritious food for every meal, hell yeah… I’m healthy. But is it true?

You didn’t mention the exercise part and another question rise here is, what do you mean by nutritious food? Many of us thinks that (even I used to) nutritious food means lots of meat, fish and fat kinda food. This is not true.

Maintaining good health is not that difficult, it takes proper routine and some fare knowledge about diet, exercise and stuff like that. It’s not going to eat up your whole day, half an hour of proper exercise would keep you in good shape.

There are couples of things that you should maintain regularly and properly, which are proper diet, exercise and doctor check up.

Speaking of proper diet, it means appropriate nutritious food. The foods which requires protein, energy, carbohydrate, calcium and all ingredient in appropriate measure. It is also important to see how much of these nutritious foods are needed by your body and fulfill the requirement. All ways accept a calorie limit diet. Calorie restriction is currently the only scientifically proven way of extending healthy life in mammals. It has a number of other beneficial effects on health, and is highly praised by practitioners.

Another thing is take a modest amount of supplements appropriate to your age and health. There is a wealth of supplement information available, but much of it is worthless, propagated by irresponsible sellers. The best thing is choose from the options.

Another common topic is exercise, but the problem is you don’t know what kind exercise suits you. Say you are a 60+ year person, and it’s kind of hard for you to do 20 push ups or jogging 3 miles. The best idea is to consult your physician. And remember another think, exercise doe’s not mean having mucho body and weight lifting. There is lots of free hand and simple exercise can keep you in good shape.

One more thing I must mention is, do not destroy your health. If you are seeking good health guarantee then stop smoking, avoid alcohol and things like that. Do not ever take medicine without doctors’ prescription. Eating lots of food will not make you healthy. So, do not over eat. Maintain your body weight.

Remember to have full body check up in every month. If you face any kind of problem then consult with your doctor immediately. Have a good health and live happily.
